"Get outside, get into nature, listen and learn Spanish"

What is Spanish Nature Club

Enriching childhood with nature and Spanish language

Spanish Nature Club is an outdoor, child-centered and play based educational program for children of all ages that integrates both nature exposure and Spanish immersion. Our intention is to help children to build a bond with nature and one another and plant the seed of a Second language.

Our program is fully insured. Sessions are held in various "nature classrooms" around the Santa Cruz mountains where kids will have an opportunity to be outside, explore, play, learn and bond with the amazing nature around us while listening and learning Spanish in community.  Days at Spanish Nature Club are filled with adventure and sense of wonder, where kids climb trees, find bugs, spot wild animals, splash at creeks, look for figures in the clouds, and much more! While listen and learn the Spanish language.

Led by native Spanish teacher and nature-awareness instructor Lisset Orozco. CPR and WFA certified by NOLS. Fingerprint cleared. Member of California Association for Enviromental & Outdoor Education.

Our Approach

Our program approach is simple "Get outside, get into nature, listen and learn Spanish". Based on sound learning principles and hands-on enriching activities in nature, the children minds will transition to a quieter and more open state of curiosity, socialization and learning.
